How to Troubleshoot with Network Switching
- Turn Off Wi-Fi: Please turn off your Wi-Fi connection (switch to your mobile data network).
- Perform the Action: Try performing the action that was causing the error again (e.g., signing up, activating a Board, or upgrading your plan).
- Turn On Wi-Fi: Once the action is finished, you can switch your Wi-Fi back on like usual.
