Did you accidentally delete a Content Piece or an entire Board? Don't worry! Here is what you can do to try and recover your content.
Important Limitation: This UNDO action is available on Android devices and the Boards Desktop editor, but NOT for iPhones (iOS).
Recovering a Deleted Content Piece (Undo Action)
If you delete a single Content Piece by mistake, you can use the UNDO function immediately:
- Look for the Dots: Tap on the three dots (⋯) menu icon.
- Undo Immediately: Select "Undo" before you perform any other action on any Board.
Recovering a Deleted Folder, Board or Pages
If you delete an entire Board, Folder or Page by mistake, the UNDO function will not work for the entire structure.
Before you contact Support, have this ready:
- Was it a Board, a Folder, or a Page?
- Were you the creator, or a member who had left or was removed from a shared Board? This affects which recovery path applies.
Action: If you delete a Board, Folder, or Page by mistake, contact our Support team as soon as you can. Boards, Folders and Pages can usually be recovered, but we can't guarantee it, and contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to help you."
Please tell us the names of the Board and Folder, or the Page link. Dates and who deleted it help too. The more detail you can give, the better.
Note: Once a Page is recovered, the link will change, and the old link will no longer work.
After recovery on the Free Plan: A recovered Board comes back inactive. Activate it to see its content. If you're on the Free plan and already have 2 active Boards, it stays inactive until you free up a slot or upgrade.
