Did you accidentally delete a Content Piece or an entire Board? Don't worry! Here is what you can do to try and recover your content.
Important Limitation: This UNDO action is available on Android devices and the Boards Desktop editor, but NOT for iPhones (iOS).
Recovering a Deleted Content Piece (Undo Action)
If you delete a single Content Piece by mistake, you can use the UNDO function immediately:
- Look for the Dots: Tap on the three dots (⋯) menu icon.
- Undo Immediately: Select "Undo" before you perform any other action on any Board.
Recovering a Deleted Folder, Board or Pages
If you delete an entire Board, Folder or Page by mistake, the UNDO function will not work for the entire structure.
- Action: If you delete a Board by mistake, you must contact our support team immediately for assistance. While we cannot guarantee recovery, contacting us quickly gives us the best chance to help you.
Please provide the exact names of the Board where it was located and folder to recover or the Page link. Without this information, our team cannot help. Note: once a Page is recovered, the link with change and the old link will no longer work.
