If you used a link or landing page to join your leader's Shared Board but cannot see the Board in your app, the problem is most likely an email mismatch.
Check Your Email Addresses
To join a Shared Board, the email you use on the joining link must exactly match the email address associated with your Boards account.
- Check Your Boards Account Email: Open the Boards app and tap the Account tab. The email address associated with your active account will be displayed at the top of the screen. Make a note of this email.
- Compare and Verify: Think back to the email address you entered on the joining link/landing page.
- If the Emails are Different: The mismatch means the system tried to share the Board with an email address that doesn't have an active Boards account. You need to register again using the correct email.
If the email you entered on the landing page does not match the email displayed in your Boards Account section, you need to revisit the original landing page link and register again, ensuring you use the exact email displayed in your Boards app.
