Google Play, App Store, and Desktop(Paddle)
View Your Current Subscription
You can view your current subscription details in your account settings within the Boards App or on the Boards Desktop site.
Manage Your Payment Method
Your payment method is managed by the platform where you originally purchased your subscription:

| Paddle (Desktop) | Log in to your Boards account on desktop and navigate to your Subscription Settings to manage your payment method via the Paddle portal. |
Switch Your Billing Cycle
You can change your subscription billing cycle (e.g., from monthly to annual). The flow differs slightly based on your platform:

Canceling the Subscription
To cancel your Boards subscription and avoid further renewal charges, you must go to your subscription settings on the platform where you purchased the subscription (Google Play, Apple ID, or Paddle) and manage the cancellation there.
Subscription Reactivation
If you unsubscribe and want to reactivate your subscription (to Boards Business or any other plan), the flow is the same as the initial subscription process on the respective platform.
Switching Operating Systems (iOS to Android or Vice Versa)
Your Boards account is linked to your email, allowing you to use the Boards App on both iOS and Android devices. However, you must manage and pay for your subscription on the operating system (iOS or Android) where you first upgraded.
To switch your subscription to a different operating system:
- Cancel your current subscription on the original platform (e.g., App Store). Your current subscription will remain active until the end of that paid cycle.
- Once the original subscription period has ended, resubscribe to Boards Business through the App Store on your new operating system.
Receipts and Purchase History
Receipts and purchase history are managed by your payment processor:
- Google Play: Payment is handled by Google Play. You receive an email to your Google Account email and can view history in your Google Account purchases.
- App Store: Payment is handled by the App Store. You receive an email to your Apple account email and can view history in your Apple ID purchases.
- Paddle: Payment is handled by Paddle. You will receive an email receipt from Paddle.
