General Promotions and Pricing
If you saw a promotion that has already ended, unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply special pricing or offers to a purchase made outside of the promotion window.
- Promotional pricing is temporary and requires a new purchase during the specific period the offer is running.
- Promo prices are valid for annual plans and for the first year only. This means that when you subscribe using a promo, the store will display a note showing the full renewal price for your next billing cycle including any relevant discounts.
- We encourage you to keep an eye on your email updates and in-app announcements for future opportunities!
Important Eligibility Note for Promotions
Please be aware of the following rule regarding who is eligible for special offers:
- Free and Monthly Users: Promotions are primarily available for users on the Free Plan or those currently on a monthly subscription cycle.
- Annual Users: Users who have already paid for an annual plan are generally not eligible for promotions during their active cycle. It is not because we don't want to give you a promotion, but we cannot retroactively apply any discounts to previous purchases.
- Renewal Exception: The only exception is if the promotion falls precisely within your plan's renewal period and you have already cancelled your renewal for the next payment, allowing the discounted rate to apply to your next cycle.
Example Scenario:
- Initial Subscription Date: November 25, 2025
- Paid Until (Next Renewal Date): November 25, 2026
If you cancel your subscription today (at any point before November 25, 2026), here is what happens:
- You are cancelling the automatic renewal for the next cycle, but not the subscription of the plan.
- Your paid plan benefits remain fully valid and accessible until the prepaid period ends on November 25, 2026.
- Your account will not revert to the Free Plan until November 26, 2026, when the prepaid cycle officially completes.
Redeeming a New Promotion as an Annual Subscriber
As an annual subscriber, you must be on the Free Plan to be eligible to upgrade using a new promotional price. This is because we cannot retroactively apply discounts to previous, active purchases.
Since your plan is paid until November 25, 2026:
- Wait for Expiration: You must wait until your current paid subscription expires (November 25, 2026).
- Free Plan Window: Your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan for a short window (even if it's just moments) on the morning of November 26, 2026.
- Upgrade with Promo: During this window, you can upgrade to the paid plan using the available promotional price.
Important: When you upgrade with the promotion, it is considered a brand-new purchase. This action will reset your annual renewal date to the date you upgrade with the promo (e.g., November 26, 2026, or later).
Signing Up Right Before or After a Promotion
If you recently signed up for a paid plan just before or just after a promotion ended, the eligibility window is based strictly on the timing of your purchase.
- Eligibility is based on the date and time of the transaction. If your purchase or trial conversion occurred outside the promotional period, even by a short time, the standard price applies.
- We cannot adjust the price retroactively once the promotion is officially closed. Thank you for your understanding!
What if I Was on a Free Trial and Missed a Promo?
If you were enjoying your 7-Day Trial but the promotion ended before your trial concluded and automatically converted to a paid plan, the promotional rate cannot be guaranteed.
- Promotional offers are typically tied to immediate purchases or upgrades made during the active promo period.
- The price applied when your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription will be the standard rate for the Paid Plan that you initially selected.
