Cancelling Your Subscription
Your Boards subscription must be cancelled directly through the platform where the purchase was made. Cancelling prevents future renewal charges, but your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

How Cancellation Works
When you cancel your subscription through the Subscription Platform (App Store, Play Store, or Paddle):
- Immediate Access: Your access to all features remains active for the remainder of the time you have already paid for (i.e., until the end of the current monthly or annual cycle).
- Non-Renewal: The cancellation simply ensures that your subscription will not renew on the next billing date. You are cancelling the renewal of the subscription.
- Plan Change: Once the current billing cycle is complete, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan limitations.
Tip: We recommend cancelling the renewal through your device's subscription platform before the start of the next cycle if you wish to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
Refund processes vary depending on the circumstances of the purchase and the platform used. Refunds must be requested through the platform as mentioned below. If you feel there is an error in your subscription or charges, submit a ticket.
Apple App Store: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and submit a refund request using the Apple ID that made the purchase.
Google Play Store: Go to support.google.com/googleplay and submit a refund request using the Google account that made the purchase. Have your Order ID ready, it starts with GPA.
If you purchased through Boards.com (Paddle): Contact Boards Support through our support form and include your purchase receipt or Order ID so our team can process your refund or via paddle.net.
If you are not sure where you purchased your subscription, check your email for the receipt or ask our team and we will verify it for you.
