This guide shows you how to resume your subscription depending on the platform you used for the original purchase.
Reactivate Your Subscription (Apple App Store)
If you cancelled your subscription via your iPhone or iPad, follow these steps to resume service:
- Tap on the Settings icon on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings.
- Select Subscriptions from the menu.
- Find and tap on your Boards subscription from the list.
- To reactivate your subscription, choose a new plan or select Renew Subscription.

Reactivate Your Subscription (Google Play Store)
If you cancelled your subscription via your Android device, follow these steps to resume service:
- Launch the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
- Select Payments & Subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
- Locate and tap on your Boards subscription from the list.
- To resume your subscription, choose Resubscribe.

Reactivate Your Subscription (Paddle on Desktop)
If you cancelled your subscription via your desktop browser, follow these steps to resume service:
- Log in to your account on your desktop at app.boards.com
- Click your profile name in the top left corner of the screen.
- Select Subscriptions from the menu.
- To reactivate your subscription, click on Renew plan.
