What features are included in the new Unlimited plan?
The Unlimited plan includes all premium features previously available across different plans.
Will everyone now have the same features?
Yes. All paid users on the Unlimited plan will have access to the same premium feature set.
Is there still a Business, Starter, or Professional Plan?
Not for new subscribers. The new structure will move to a single paid plan: Unlimited. You will keep your plan as long as your subscription stays active.

Can I switch my plan from Monthly to Annual?
Yes. You can choose either Monthly or Annual billing when starting a new subscription.
Can I keep my current price forever?
Existing subscriptions usually keep their current pricing while active, unless platform rules or future pricing policies require changes.
Some Boards promotions offer a discounted price for the first year only and do not apply to renewals. If you subscribed during a promotional period, your next renewal charge may be different from the amount you originally paid. The App Store or Google Play Store will always show you the renewal price before your payment is processed.
Will Annual subscribers also receive the upgrade?
Yes. Both Monthly and Annual subscribers will receive access to the Unlimited features.
Will my content or Boards be deleted if I cancel and restart a new subscription?
No. Your content, Boards, and account data will remain as long as you use the same email address as your previous plan.
I have the Legacy Business plan. What changes for me?
In terms of features, nothing changes for you. You already have access to all premium features and will continue to keep full access. And remember — you already have one of the best deals available with Boards.
I have a Starter or Professional plan. What changes for me?
If you have the Starter or Professional plan, you’ve now been granted access to all Boards features as part of our new Unlimited experience — at no extra cost. That means you can now enjoy everything Boards offers, with no limitations on features, content access, or Board creation.
As a thank you for being an existing subscriber, you’ll also keep paying the same renewal price you currently have, as long as your subscription remains active.
Note: Annual plans continue to offer the best overall savings for long-term access and value.
How do I compare my current subscription price to the new Unlimited Plan price?
Go to the platform where you purchased your subscription (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Paddle). Check the price of your next renewal and compare it with the Unlimited plan price here.
If you decide to start a new subscription with the new pricing, you will need to:
• Cancel your current subscription/renewal
• Wait for your account to be downgraded to the Free Plan — this will happen automatically after your expiration date.
• Upgrade again to start a new subscription with the new price
You will not lose access to your Boards or content as long as you use the same email address as your previous plan.
