Boards is a key tool for managing your content. Its purpose is to help you keep all your important sales and marketing materials organized and accessible right on your phone, making your daily tasks simple and successful.
What Boards Does for You
Boards provides a centralized location for your business content.
- Content Management: You can easily create custom content collections of Text (Scripts), Images, Videos, PDFs, Voice Recordings, Pages, and Links.
- Accessibility: All content is accessed instantly through the unique Boards Keyboard and Chrome Extension (for desktop use), putting your system right at your fingertips.
- Efficiency: Using Boards eliminates the need to search through different folders and apps or copy and paste the same information repeatedly.
- Team Alignment (Optional): Once organized, you can easily share your content collections with your team, ensuring consistent messaging for everyone.
Download the Boards App
To begin, download the Boards app from your device's official store:

Creating Your Account

Start Account Creation:
- On Desktop, you may see Sign In. If this appears, simply tap on Sign Up underneath the large blue Sign In button.
- Sign Up: Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
- Complete Signup: Click Sign Up when you are finished.
Setting Up Your Profile
- Tell Us About Yourself: You will be prompted to answer a few questions about yourself and your business. This setup section fernanda@boards.commay vary based on your selections.
- Continue: Answer the questions as prompted to continue.
- Choose Your Plan: Select the plan that works best for you. To explore your options, you can review the plans here.
Setting Up Your Boards Keyboard
Once inside the app, the final step is to enable the Keyboard for quick access to your Content.
For iOS Devices:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap General.
- Tap Keyboard.
- Tap Keyboards.
- Allow Boards full access.
For Android Devices:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap System (or search for "Languages & input").
- Tap Keyboards or On-Screen Keyboards.
- Allow Boards full access.
