Finding Your Boards Keyboard on Android
- Start a Message: Open any messaging app (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, etc.) and tap into the text field so your regular keyboard appears.
- Press and hold the microphone icon on the bottom of your keyboard, then select "Input Method."
- Tap the keyboard icon that appears, and select the Boards Keyboard.
Don't see the mic icon?
No worries! You may need to enable the Show input method button on navigation bar option in your phone settings.
- Open your phone’s Settings.
- Tap General management.
- Tap Keyboard.
- Make sure Show input method button on navigation bar is toggled ON.
Once enabled, the keyboard/microphone icon should appear in your navigation bar, making it easier to switch to the Boards Keyboard.
Note: Some Android devices show a Globe icon (
) or Keyboard icon (
) or sliding your space bar instead. Tap it repeatedly to cycle through your installed keyboards until the Boards Keyboard appears.

Instant Sharing in Action
Once the Boards Keyboard is visible, you can now:
- Access Content: View your Personal Boards and Shared Boards.
- Share Instantly: Choose a Content Piece (like a Text (Script) or Page link), and it will populate directly into your message.
- Personalize: Tap the ABC key to quickly switch back to your regular keyboard to make any personal edits before you send.
Tip: By moving between your Boards Keyboard and your regular keyboard (using ABC), you make every message fast, polished, and personalized—no digging, just tap!
