If you need to change the email address associated with your Google Sheets integration for Forms on your Pages and Boards, you must first remove the current connection and then re-establish it with the new account.
Step 1: Remove Your Current Google/Gmail Account
To change the connected email, you must first remove your current account settings from the Boards application.
- Follow the steps to remove your current email and account from the Boards app. To review all your current third-party connections:
- Visit your Google Account’s third-party connections page.
- Find the app or service in the list.
- Select the app or service whose connections you want to review.

Step 2: Add Your Updated Account
Once the old account is removed, you will add your updated account as if you were linking it for the first time.
- Add your updated account (your new Gmail email address) to the Boards app.
- Go to the Form on your Page that you want to update.
- Enter the Form editor, navigate to the Settings page, and find the area for Google Sheets integration.
- Go through the connection process from the beginning, selecting your newly added Gmail account to link your Form responses to a Google Sheet.
By following this process, your Forms will now send their responses to the Google Sheet connected to your updated Gmail account.
