After you’ve added a Form to your Page, you may want to confirm that your Google Sheet is properly connected and receiving all responses.
Step-by-Step Testing Process
- Share the Page: Go into the Page that contains your Form and use the Share icon to generate the public link for that Page.
- Open in a New Browser: Take the link and open it in a completely new browser window or an incognito/private browser session.
- Complete the Form: Fill out and complete the Form exactly as a customer would when receiving the Page.
- Check Your Google Sheet: After submission, navigate to your linked Google Sheet to verify that the new test response has been recorded.
Important: Why You Must Use the Shared Link
It is essential to test the Form using the shared link and not from within your Boards editor:
- Internal Submissions are Not Recorded: When you are viewing the Page inside the Board or Folder within the app, completing the Form will not generate a new response in your Google Sheet.

External Submissions Only: The only way to generate and record new, verifiable responses is to share the link and complete the Form via that external link. This simulates the real-world user experience and confirms the integration is active.
