Pages are designed to be shared as simple web links, ensuring your customers can easily view and navigate your content without needing to sign up for Boards. The key is to share the Page link itself, not the Folder it lives in.
The Correct Way to Share a Page Link
- Locate the Page: Enter the Folder where the Page is located.
- Open the Page FIRST: DO NOT tap the share icon next to the Folder's name. INSTEAD, open the Page first.
- Share the Link: Tap the share icon from within the open Page.
Why This Method Works
- Customer Experience: The recipient will receive a simple link and can view and navigate the content just like a website.
The Fail-Safe: If you share the Folder itself (by tapping the share icon next to the folder's name), the recipient will be required to sign up for Boards to access the content—which is likely not what you want for a customer!
