We highly recommend adding your team members directly to your Board.
- Benefit: This gives them full access to all the content, ensuring they can use the latest resources to support their work and grow the business.
- Action: Tap the Share Board button to invite others via email or by sharing a direct link.
Alternative Sharing for Members (Non-Owners)
If you are a Member of a Shared Board and need to give access to a teammate:
- Must have Can Access and Add Members permission. (Can Access permissions do not allow you to share the Board.)
- Tap Share Boards then Share invite link. Or Share Board on Desktop.
- Use the Add Members via email option to invite them via email.
Tip: Share Board directly to the Board allows them to access and use all shared content efficiently, enabling real-time updates and seamless team collaboration.
