Voice messages are an excellent way to add personality to your prospecting or quickly create team training notes right from your phone. Recording and sharing a voice message in Boards is quick and easy!
Note: You can only add voice recordings directly from your phone; this feature is not available on Desktop.
Record Your Message
- Open your Board: Enter the Board where you want to add the message.
- Select Voice Recording: Tap the + icon, then select Voice recording.
- Record: Tap the microphone icon to begin recording your message, and hit Stop when you’re done.
- Save: Give your message a title and tap Done.
Share Your Recording
Once saved, you can instantly share your audio file with your contacts. Your recording will be shared as an audio file!
- Open Keyboard: Open your Boards Keyboard in any messaging app.
- Select and Send: Select the voice recording and tap the send icon to send.
- Choose Channel: Tap Open share menu, choose your preferred chat app or channel, and tap Send.
Pro Tip: You can also share directly from the app. Select the message, tap the share icon, and choose how to send it.
