Adding Content

Once you have created your first Board, the next step is to add Content to make it useful! You can add several types of Content to organize and share with your team.

Tap on the + Add icon to access the Content options.

You can add the following Content types:

• Folder

• Text

• Image

• Video

• Youtube/Vimeo

• PDF

• Link

• Voice Recording

• Content from other Boards

• Page
  
  

1. Folder

Folders are used to organize your Content within the Board.

• Tap + Add and select Folder.
• Name the Folder and optionally change the emoji icon.
• You can continue adding Content or subfolders inside this new Folder. To return to the Board's main structure, Tap on the Board's name at the top.

2. Images

You can upload Images directly from your computer.

1. Tap + Add and select Image.
   1. To add multiple images, simply select up to 10 images to upload at one time.
2. Select the image(s) from your device and Tap Open. (You can upload several Images at once.)
3. To move Images into a Folder: Tap + Add/Folder, select the Images you wish to move, and Tap Move.

3. Text

Text is used for scripts, FAQs, or any written information..

1. Tap + Add and select Text.
2. Paste or type your text and add a title (optional).
3. Tap Done.

Note : The text you add replaces whatever you would type manually. The title is for reference only and is not sent via the keyboard..

4. Video

Import video files from your device.

1. Tap + Add and select Video.
2. Select a file and tap Open.
3. Add a title (optional).

Note : For long videos, use YouTube or Vimeo instead.

5. Youtube/Vimeo

Easily embed video links.
 

1. Tap + Add and select YouTube/Vimeo.
2. Paste the URL and tap Next.
3. Change the title if you want, and tap Done.

6. PDF

Import PDF documents into your Board.

1. Tap + Add and select PDF.
2. Select the PDF and tap Open.
3. Edit the title if needed and tap Done.
    

7. Link

Save a URL for easy access.
 

1. Tap + Add and select Link.
2. Paste the URL and tap Next.
3. Edit the title if needed, and tap Done.

8. Voice Recordings

A voice recording lets you record an audio message once and use it multiple times. Perfect for personalized messages.

1. Tap + Add and select Voice Recording.
2. Follow the instructions to record your message.
3. Your audio message will be saved and can be sent to your customers for personalized communication.

9. Content from other Boards

This feature lets you add content from one Board to another.

Tap + Add and select Content from Other Boards.

Go to the Board containing the content you want to add.

Select the item you want (text, image, PDF, etc.).

The selected content will be added to your current Board.
 

Note : This action works like a copy and allows you to maintain a central version of frequently used items.
