Boards is a powerful tool for teamwork and content sharing. Ensuring your team members have direct access to your Board is the best way to achieve full duplication and keep everyone aligned.
The Best Way to Share: Add Members Directly
We highly recommend adding your team members directly to your Board.
- Benefit: This gives them full access to all the content, ensuring they can use the latest resources to support their work and grow the business.

Alternative Sharing for Members (Non-Owners)
If you are a Member of a Shared Board and need to give access to a teammate:
- Must have Can Access and Add Members permission. (Can Access permissions do not allow you to share the Board.)
- Tap Share Boards then Share invite link. Or Share Board on Desktop.
- Use the Add Members via email option to invite them via email.
Tip: Share Board directly to the Board allows them to access and use all shared content efficiently, enabling real-time updates and seamless team collaboration.
