Delete Content Pieces, Folders, and Boards

💢 Important: Deleting a Board is an irreversible action. Please confirm carefully before proceeding.

Deleting Content Pieces

Option 1: Deleting a Single Piece of Content (In-App)

1. Open the Content piece you want to remove.
2. Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the screen.
3. Click Delete.

Option 2: Deleting from the Board View (Desktop/Web)

1. Select the Content piece (or pieces) on the Board itself.
2. A menu will pop up once the Content is selected.
3. Choose Delete from the menu.

Deleting Multiple Content Pieces at Once

1. Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the Board name (in-app) or click on the box on the specific content piece on Desktop.
2. Select the Content pieces that you want to delete.
3. Click Delete on the top right of the screen on desktop, on the bottom on mobile.
4. Confirm your action.

Deleting a Folder

1. Open the Folder you want to remove.
2. In-App: Click on the three dots (…) to the right of the Folder name. Then, click Delete Folder.
3. Desktop/Web: Select the Folder, click on the drop down and choose Delete Folder from the management menu that appears.

Deleting a Board

Note: Only the Owner can delete a Board.

1. Select the Board you'd like to remove from your main Boards list.
2. Click the three dots (…) on the top right of the Board name (in-app) or select the Delete Board option on Desktop.
3. Confirm your action. Remember, this action is irreversible.

Undo/Redo Actions (available on Androids only)

If you delete Content pieces or Folders by mistake, you can reverse the action:

• Undo: Click the Undo arrow to instantly reverse the last deletion or change.
• Redo: If you use Undo but decide you want the deletion back, click the Redo arrow.
