As your business grows, Groups help you stay organized by nesting related Boards together. This keeps your home screen clean and makes finding your content faster.
1. Reorder Your Boards
You can change the display order of your Boards on your main screen and in your keyboard menu:
- Long press on the Board to drag and drop into place.
2. Create a Group
- On your home screen, tap the + (Plus Sign) next to the Boards menu.
- Select Create Group.
- Name your new Group and tap Create Group.
3. Adding Boards to a Group
The steps vary slightly depending on your device:
- iOS: Tap, hold, and drag any Board directly into your new Group.
- Android:
1. Tap the menu (•••) on your home screen and select Reorder.
2. Once the reorder menu appears, drag your Board into the Group.
3. Tap Done to save - Desktop: Tap the menu (•••) on the Board and select Move. Choose the Group.
Tip: To see the Boards inside a Group, simply tap anywhere on a Group to expand or collapse it.
4. Managing Your Groups
Tap the menu (•••) next to any Group name to see your management options:
- Rename Group: Change the name of your Group at any time.
- Reorder: Move Boards within the group. Tap, hold, and drag the Board or Group into your preferred position.
- Ungroup: This removes all Boards from the Group and places them back into your main Boards list.
5. Hide Boards on Your Keyboard (iPhone Only)
To keep your Boards Keyboard clean and only show the Boards you share frequently, you can hide the less-used ones.
- Tap the menu (•••) on your main Boards list.
- Select Show/Hide on Keyboard.
- To Hide: To hide a Board, toggle the switch off (move the switch to the left).
- Tap Done to save your changes.
Note for Android Users: The option to hide Boards from the keyboard is not yet available.
