The Move function allows you to relocate content within the same Board for better organization, or between different Boards if you wish to consolidate resources.
How to Move Content Pieces
- Enter your Board and tap Select.
- Select Content: Select the Content Pieces that you want to move (you can select entire Folders or individual items).
- Tap Move.
- Choose Destination: Choose the destination. You can move it into existing Boards, Folders, or create new ones.
- Once inside your destination, tap Move here.
Important: The "Move" option is available to relocate content within the same Board or to copy it to a different Board.
Reordering Content and Boards
You can manually change the display order of your Content and your Boards list using drag-and-drop functionality.
To Reorder Content Pieces: Simply drag and drop the Content piece or Folder to the desired position to reorder them within a Folder or the main Board.
Desktop: To see what your Content will look like on your phone, toggle to the Mobile Device to change the view.
To Reorder Your Boards: Click on a Board name in your main list, and drag and drop it to reorder your overall Boards list.
