Account and Device Access
Will I lose my content if I log out of the app on my device?
No, your content is saved in the cloud. Even if you switch to a new phone, once you log in with your credentials, all your content will be instantly available.
Why does it say my “email is already in use” when I try to Log in?
Typically when this happens, you may be on the Sign Up screen by mistake. If you see this in error, try logging by tapping “Already have an account”.
Can I use my subscribed account on different devices?
Absolutely! As a valued subscriber, you have the flexibility to use your account across multiple devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop). Simply sign in using your credentials on the new device to gain instant access to all your content and features.
Can I use the same account in Boards for different businesses?
Yes, you can. You can use the same Boards account for different businesses. However, to keep your content system highly organized, we strongly recommend creating separate Personal Boards for each business.
Updating Your Email Address
Can I change the email address that I registered with?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your email address directly within your account. If you need additional support, please contact the support team.
Note: If you create a new account while you already have an active subscription, the paid Plan will not transfer to the new account.
If you are in the Free Plan, you can transfer your content by creating a new account:
- SHARE the board(s) from your old account with the email address of the NEW account.
- Log out twice and then sign-up with the new email address.
- Enter the shared board(s) in your new account and copy & paste all the content into the new board(s) that you create in your NEW account.
Changing the App Language
Our app supports the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, German, and Italian.
How do I set up the app in my native language?
Android:
- Go to the Boards app.
- Tap on your Account.
- Scroll down to App Language.
- Choose the language you want for the app.
iPhone:
- Go to the Boards app.
- Tap on your Account.
- Scroll down to App Language.
- This will open your phone’s Language settings
- Choose the language you want for the app.
