Permanently Delete Your Boards Account

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you need to permanently delete your Boards account, please follow these steps carefully.

Crucial Notes Before Deleting

Before proceeding, please read these two important warnings:

1. Content Loss is Permanent: Please note that if you delete your Boards account, it cannot be recovered and all content inside will be permanently lost. This includes all Content Pieces, Personal Boards, and any content you may own within Shared Boards.
2. Deletion Does NOT Cancel Subscription: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active paid subscription you may have. You must cancel your subscription separately through the Subscription Platform (App Store, Play Store, or Paddle) to prevent future charges.

Step-by-Step Deletion Guide

Follow these steps to delete your account from within the Boards app:

1. Enter your Account Settings: Tap the Account tab in the Boards app.
2. Access Options: Tap the 3 dots (...) icon located at the top right of the screen.
3. Initiate Deletion: Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm Action: You will be prompted to confirm your action twice to ensure you understand the permanent nature of the deletion.
