Can I prevent team members from sharing my Board?

Restricting Member Permissions and Adding Members via Email Only.

Important: The invite link option should be disabled.

If you want to prevent other members from inviting others, you can add members via email and set their permissions to "View Only." Here's how:

To Add New Members via Email:

1. Open your Board and tap "Add Members" / "Add Members via Email".
2. Enter or paste the email address of the member you want to add.
3. Tap the three dots (⋮) next to the member's name and select "View Only".
4. Tap "Add Members" to complete the process.

To Edit Permissions for Existing Members:

1. Open your Board and tap "Add Members" 👤.
2. Tap the three dots (⋮) and select "View Members".
3. Select the email of the member whose permissions you want to change.
4. Change their permission to "View Only".
