Yes, board owners have the following controls over their boards - (1) Restrict board members from copying content to other boards, (2) Restrict board members from sharing folders as links.
How to restrict content copying and folder sharing by board members
- Open the Boards app, enter your board and tap on the share icon +👤
- Toggle the member restrictions you want to enable. You can choose to restrict copying content to other boards, sharing folders as links, or both.
If you're unable to copy content from a shared board or folder link to your Boards app, we recommend reaching out to the board owner to discuss the situation. The board owner has the ability to disable the content copying and folder sharing restrictions if they deem it appropriate to do so.
