The Members dashboard provides a comprehensive look at who is on your Board, their participation status, and their specific roles. This feature allows you to manage your community at scale directly from the desktop editor.
Accessing Member Insights
To view your dashboard, log into Boards on your desktop and select the Members tab from the top menu of your specific Board.
Understanding Your Board Stats
Next to Members, you will find a three-dot menu (⋯) screen that will show you a high-level summary of your Board's reach:
- Joined (Green): The total number of people who accepted the invite, already have or created a Boards account, and successfully joined your Board. They can now access and view all your content and updates.
- Invited (Orange): The number of people who have been added via email to join the Board either by someone adding their email or personally adding their email but haven’t created a Boards account. They cannot see your content if they don’t have a Boards account.
You will also find:
- Add Member: Located on the far right, allowing you to invite new users directly.
- Search: Use email addresses to find Members on your Board.
The member list provides a column-based view of every individual associated with your board. You can sort this list by Email, Date Added, or Role to organize your view.
| Select Box | Located on the far left for bulk actions. Selecting one or more boxes will trigger the Remove or Send Invite button to appear. |
| Email & Name | Displays the user's contact info and the name they use on their Boards account. |
| Status | Shows Joined (Green) or Invited (Orange) to track engagement. |
| Date Added | The date they were first invited. Note: The format is Day/Month/Year. |
| Role | Displays whether the user can Can Access, Can Access and Add Members or if they have Editor permissions. |
Next to each member's role, you will find a three-dot menu (⋯) with specific actions:
- Remove Member: Instantly revoke access to the board for that user.
- Resend Invite: If a user is still in "Invited" status, you can tap this to trigger a fresh invitation. This serves as a gentle reminder to help them get started.
