Every Board has a unique landing page link that you can share. Recipients can enter their email on this page to request access and join your Board.
Important: To become a Member, recipients will need to install the Boards app and create an account.
How to See Who Joined Your Board
Phone:
- Click Share Board on your Board's main page.
- Click the 3 dots / View Members in the top right of the share box.
To manage your Board members and see the current list:
Permissions:
- Can Access: Have access to and share content based on the Board’s set permissions around sharing/copying. They can’t share, invite or add anyone else to the Board.
- Can Access and Add Members: Have access to and share content based on the Board’s set permissions around sharing and copying. They can share the Board, invite or add anyone else to the Board either by email address or link, based on the Board’s sharing permissions
Note: You do not get notified if someone joins your Board.
How to Remove a Member
If you need to revoke a Member's access to your Board:
- Click Share Board / 3 dots / Members on the top right of the box.
- Find the email of the Member you wish to remove and click on it.
- Click the Remove to confirm the removal. Important: This action cannot be undone.

Enter your Board and click Members.
Permissions:

- Can Access and Add Members: Have access to and share content based on the Board’s set permissions around sharing and copying. They can share the Board, invite or add anyone else to the Board either by email address or link, based on the Board’s sharing permissions.
- Can Edit: the people who can easily access, copy, edit, share, and add members — will appear in a separate list at the top of the screen.
