If you are trying to sign up for Boards but receive a message that your email is already in use, don't worry! This means you have successfully created a Boards account previously.
The Solution: Log In Instead of Sign Up
The system is simply reminding you that an account is linked to that address. Follow these steps to access your existing system:
- Stop the Sign-Up: Stop the current sign-up process.
- Tap Log In: Tap on the “Already have an account?” link or button to switch to the login screen.
- Enter Credentials: Enter your email and password to log in.
If You Don't Remember Your Password
If you can't recall your password, you can easily create a new one:
- From the login screen, tap on “Forgot Password.”
- You will receive a password reset link to your email inbox.
- Click the link and follow the steps to create a new password.
