If you are on the Free Plan, you can activate a limited number of Boards to ensure your essential content is always ready to share.
Free Plan Activation Limits
In the Free Plan, you can activate up to 2 Boards (this limit includes both Personal Boards and Shared Boards). Once a Board is activated, you can:
- Access its content.
- Send content using the keyboard, Chrome extension, or via the app.
- Receive in-app messages and real-time updates.
Note on Sponsored Boards: Remember that a Sponsored Board from your company does not count towards this 2-Board limit!

How to Check and Activate a Board
You can easily see which Boards are active and which are available for activation right on your main Boards screen.
1. How to Check for Activated Boards
- Activated Boards: These appear directly below the word Boards on your main screen.
- Inactive Boards: Any other Boards you have received appear under the Inactive section. Since you have free activation slots, these inactive boards will have a crown icon (👑).
2. How to Activate a Board
If you have a free slot and wish to use a Board's content, you simply need to activate it:
- Navigate to your list of Boards.
- Enter the inactive Board you wish to use.
- Tap the Activate button.
Upgrading to Activate More Boards
If you need to activate more than 2 Boards—for example, if you want access to several Shared Boards from multiple leaders or groups—you'll need to upgrade your plan.
