Important: You can’t search for Boards you haven’t joined. To access a Shared Board, you must be invited using one of the two methods below.

Two Ways to Join a Shared Board
Make sure the email address that received the invitation is exactly the same as the email on your Boards account

| Via Link | Open the link shared with you. Enter your email address on the landing page, then tap Join Now. | Use the same email address as your Boards account. |

Joined a Board but Can’t See It?
To join a Shared Board, the email you use must exactly match the email on your Boards account. An email mismatch is the most common reason a Board doesn’t appear after joining. Double-check for typos, then try the invite link again.
- Check your Boards account email: Open the Boards app and tap the Profile tab. Your account email is displayed at the top of the screen. Make a note of it.
- Compare it to the email you used to join: Check the email you entered on the landing page or the inbox that received the invitation.

If the emails are different, follow the instructions for your invitation method:
- Joined via link: Open the original link again, enter the exact email shown in your Boards app, and tap Join Now.
- Joined via email invitation: Ask the Board owner to invite you again using the exact email shown in your Boards app.
If the emails match and you still can’t see the Board, close and reopen the app. If it’s still missing, the Board may have been deleted or you may have been removed.
