The Search function is essential for quickly locating Content within Boards, ensuring you can share information fast. While the interface may have slight differences between mobile and desktop, the core capabilities remain the same.
How to Search on Mobile
- Access Search: Tap the Search icon (on Desktop, this is at the top of the screen).
- Start Typing: Begin typing the name or keywords related to the Content you're seeking.
- Narrow Your Results: If you don't find what you need immediately, you can refine your search by specifying the type of Content or location. This includes filtering by:
- Location: Board Name, Folder Name
- Content Type: Page, Text, Link, Video, Voice Recording, PDF
Clear All: To start a new search, tap Clear All.
Actions After Finding Content
Once you locate the desired Content through the search function, you can perform several immediate actions:
| Action | Description |
| Show in Board | Jumps you directly to where the Content lives within its original Board. |
| Move Content | Repositions the Content within the Board where it currently resides. |
| Copy Content | Duplicates the Content to a destination Board that you own or edit. |
| Delete Content | Permanently removes the Content Piece. This action cannot be recovered. |
Desktop-Specific Functionality
While the core capabilities are the same, performing certain actions on Desktop are slightly different:
- To perform most management actions, including move, delete, or copy, you must first select the Show in Board option after finding the content in your search results.
- The only action you can perform directly from the search results is to Share the content piece.
- For media-based content types, such as PDFs, Videos, or Images, you will also have the ability to download the item directly to your desktop.

Tip for Searchability
Ensure maximum search efficiency for both you and your team by following these guidelines:
- Apply clear titles to all your Content.
- Use differentiation between content types (e.g., specific names for Text Scripts vs. video files).
Clear organization makes your content more searchable and easier to find.
