Creating beautiful Pages using our newest Page Templates (such as business cards, promotions, and more) is a powerful way to accelerate your business.
How to Create a Page Using Templates
- Start Page Creation: In your Board, click the + Add icon.
- Select Page.
- Choose a Template: Select one of the categories and choose a template that suits your needs.
- Confirm Selection: Click Choose this template to confirm.
- Name the Page: Name the Page by clicking on the upper left side of the screen.
Personalizing Your Template
The key to any template is personalization. Review and Edit each section by tapping inside and making changes.
- Customize the Page Name: Tap on Edit (or the existing name) and enter the new name. Tap Done when finished.
- Edit the Profile Section (if available):
- Tap on the Camera icon to change the profile image.
- Adjust the image as desired and tap Done once complete.
- Edit the remaining profile details (text fields). Tap Done when complete.
- Replace Images: Click the existing image and upload a new one. Click Done to save it.
- Add Your Text: Click the paragraph, and type or paste your text. Click Done to save it.
- Customize Links/Buttons: Click into each Button or link element. Replace the title and the URL. Click Done to save.
- Add or Delete Content:
- Add Section: Tap + Add section if you need more content. The following options are available to add from the right column: Headlines, Paragraphs, Images, Videos, PDFs, YouTube/Vimeo, Buttons, Profiles, Forms, and Checkout.
- Delete Content: You can delete the content you don´t want to use on your page. Click the trash bin icon next to the element.
Preview and Share
- Preview Your Page: You can Preview your Page to see how it will look.
- Save: Tap Done to save your completed Page.
- Share: To share, tap on the Share icon or copy the URL.
Note on Sharing: When shared, recipients will open your Page as a website and do not need to have the Boards app installed to view and navigate through your Page.
