If you have a digital product (like an e-book, a guide, or access to a resource) that you need to send to your customers automatically after they complete a Form or a Checkout, you can use the Form settings to create an instant redirection.
Here is how to set up automatic redirection:
- Enter Your Form:
- Navigate to the Form you wish to edit and tap on it.
- Confirm Form Fields:
- Review and confirm all your required Form fields are set up correctly.
- Access Submission Settings:
- Tap Next to go to the Settings page within the form editor.
- Scroll down to the "After Submission" section.
- Choose Redirection:
- The "After Submission" setting allows you to select one of two actions for the user:
- Send a Message: Allows the customer to receive a customizable thank-you message from you.
- Redirect to a Different Page: Select this option to send the customer to a specific URL.
- The "After Submission" setting allows you to select one of two actions for the user:
- Enter the Destination Link:
- In the redirect field, enter the full link (URL) to your digital product or website.
- This link could be:
- A direct link to your digital download (e.g., a PDF file).
- A link to a different site or Page that hosts the product they are now entitled to receive.
- Optional: Add a Checkout Layer:
- You can also add another layer of functionality by including the Checkout option instead of a Form. This allows you to manage both data collection and payment.
Once configured, any customer who successfully fills out the form will be instantly redirected to the provided digital product or destination page.
