With Boards, you create a beautiful Page with just a few taps! Pages let you combine multiple Content Pieces (Text, Images, Videos, PDFs, Forms, or Button links) into one professional link that anyone can access online.
Use Pages to create anything you like: Product pages, RSVP pages, Training pages, Link in Bios, Digital Business cards, Lead generators, etc.
How to Create a Page
You can create Pages inside your Boards or in your dedicated Pages section, allowing you to organize your content.
- Select Creation Path: Tap the + icon inside your Board or tap Create page in the "Home" tab within the Pages section.
- Select Page (if creating from a Board).
- Name the Page by tapping on the upper left side of the screen.
- Tap Done.
Defining Content on Your Page
When you add a section to your Page, you are choosing a module with a specific purpose.

| Headline | Used for titles, section headings, or strong, bolded statements. |
| Paragraph | Used for body text, detailed descriptions, or multi-sentence explanations. |
| Image | Adds a static visual (photo or graphic). |
| Embeds a document (like a price list or guide). | |
| Youtube/Vimeo or Video | Embeds video content directly for visitors to watch on the Page. |
| Buttons | Creates action links for communication (Call, Email) or navigation (websites). Desktop: Payment buttons are also available. |
| Profile | Displays your photo, title, name, and a short branding description. |
| Forms | Collects information from your visitors (used for lead generation). |
| Checkout | Facilitates product orders and purchase payments (requires PayPal integration). |
| Content from my boards | Allows you to insert existing Content Pieces (texts, links, videos, etc.) from your Boards. |
Managing and Organizing Your Page
- Reorder Content: Enter your Page and tap the Edit icon. You can reorder your content by dragging and dropping the sections in the order you want.
- Edit Content: Enter your Page and tap the Edit icon. You can edit each piece of content by tapping on it and making the changes you want.
Important: The Page link remains the same. There is no need to share another link when you make changes. - Remove Content: On the Page, tap the Edit icon. In the content tab, select the piece of content you want to delete and tap the bin icon on the right. Confirm your action.

- Always Editable: Easily keep your Page up-to-date by tapping the pencil icon to enter the editor and update content—you never need to start from scratch!
- Easy Organization: Want to rearrange sections? Use the drag & drop function in the editor to put all your content in the perfect order.
Simple Sharing: Easily share your Page by tapping the share icon ($\uparrow$). Remember, recipients do not need to have the Boards App to view the Page; they can view it directly in any web browser.
