It turns any text area on a website (like the Facebook post field or Messenger chat) into an input field for your Boards Content.
Step-by-Step Posting on Facebook
Use this process to quickly share Content to your Facebook wall, a post comment, or a Messenger chat:
- Navigate to Facebook: Go to your Facebook feed, a specific page, or open a chat window (Messenger).
- Access the Post Field: Click into the field where you would normally type your post or comment.
- Open the Extension: Click on the Boards Chrome extension icon (usually visible in your pinned extensions in the upper right corner of the browser).
- Find and Insert Content:
- A window will pop up showing your Boards.
- Find the specific Content you wish to share.
- Click on the Content. It will instantly populate into the Facebook text field you clicked in Step 2.
- Review and Post: Review the inserted Content (you can edit it or add hashtags as needed) and then click Post (or Send in Messenger) to share it immediately.
