Copying a Page allows you to adapt the content and generate a new, unique link for your personal promotions.
Copying a Page
- Enter your Board and tap the three dots (⋯).
- Tap Select.
- Select the Page and tap Copy.
- Choose the Board or Folder where you want to copy it, or create a new destination. Then tap Paste here.
- To Edit: Go to the destination, tap the Page to edit it, and tap Edit. Make your changes and tap Done to save.
From Desktop, simply click on the Page. Then follow from step 3.
Saving a Shared Page to Your Boards (Mobile Only)
When a colleague shares a Page link with you, you can often save a copy directly to your Boards account, provided the owner has allowed copying permissions.
- Open the Shared Link: Click on the link provided for the shared Page.
- Look for the Prompt: Scroll to the bottom of the Page to find the option to Open in Boards.
- Save the Page: Tap the prompt. If the Save option is visible at the bottom of the screen (meaning no restrictions are set), tap it.
- Choose Destination: Choose your destination (Board or Folder) and confirm the save action.
New Ownership & Link: Once you save a copy to your Board, you become the Owner of that copied Page, and a new, unique link is generated, separate from the original.
