Answers about keyboard security, data access, content ownership on Personal Boards, and Full Access permissions.
Do you have access to any personal data stored on my device?
No. Boards cannot access anything you type with your native/regular keyboard. Your privacy is secured.
Regarding the Boards Keyboard: When setting up the keyboard, you are asked to grant "Full Access." This is a standard permission required by your device (iOS/Android) for the keyboard to function correctly—specifically to share non-text Content Pieces like Images and Pages. Rest assured, this permission only applies to content you intentionally access and share via the Boards Keyboard; it does not allow us to see or track anything you type with your regular keyboard.
Will other users have access to the content that I added to my Personal Board?
No. If you do not actively share your Personal Board with others, any content you add is exclusively yours and will not be accessible to anyone else.
