How to switch your Business plan from Apple Store (iOS) to Google Play (Android) or vice versa
If you're upgrading to the Boards Business plan, your account will be linked to your email, allowing you to use the Boards app on both iOS and Android devices. However, if you need to make changes to your subscription, you must do so on the operating system (iOS or Android) where you first upgraded.
To switch your subscription to a different operating system, you'll first need to cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to Boards Business on your new device.
Before making the switch, it's important to cancel your current subscription to ensure a smooth transition. Your current subscription will remain active until the end of your paid plan. After that, you'll need to resubscribe through the app store on your new operating system to continue using your Business plan.
