Add a Web Page (iOS)

Boards lets you create a web page on the go with just a few taps. We call them web pages :)

Pages let you combine multiple content pieces like text, images, videos, PDFs, Youtube/Vimeo videos, forms, or button links in one web page that anyone can access online.

Create a page with the content you already have available on Boards, or add new content to your page the same way you add it to your Boards.

Use pages to create anything you like: Product pages, RSVP pages, Training pages, Seller's Profile pages for Instagram, etc.

How to create a web page

You can create pages inside any of your Boards or in your Web Pages section, providing you with the flexibility to organize your content as you see fit.

From within a Board:

1. Tap the + icon inside your Board
2. Select Web page
3. Name the page by tapping on the upper left side of the screen
4. Tap Done
   

Your web page is now available on your Board.

From the home screen:

1. Tap Create page in the ¨Home¨ tab within the Web Pages section
2. Name the page by tapping on the upper left side of the screen
3. Tap Done

Your web page is now available on your Web Pages section

 

When you share your page with someone, they receive it as a link they can follow to see your page online:

 

Manage the content on a Page

Content editing takes place in the content tab, and you can add, edit, delete and organize that content. 

How to add content to a Page

To add content to your page, you can add new content or copy and paste it from any of your Boards. Content editing takes place in the content tab, and you can see how your page will look in the preview tab. 

You can add different types of content to a page:

• Headlines
• Paragraphs
• Images
• Videos
• PDFs
• Youtube/Vimeo links
• Buttons (direct visitors to any URL you like)
• Forms

Headline: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select Headline
3. Add a headline and hit Done when ready

The Headline is now visible on your page.

Paragraph: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
   
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select Paragraph
   
3. Add your paragraph and hit Done when ready

The Paragraph is now visible on your page.

Image: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select Image
3. Pick an image and hit Done when ready

The Image is now visible on your page.

Video: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select Video
3. Select the video from your device
4. Wait until the uploading is complete
5. Tap Done

The Video is now visible on your page.

 

PDF: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select PDF
3. Select the PDF from your device
4. Tap Done

The PDF is now visible on your page.

 

Youtube/Vimeo: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon, and select Youtube/Vimeo
3. Add the Youtube/Vimeo link and hit Done when ready

The Youtube/Vimeo video is now visible on your page.

Button: 

You can include various types of buttons on your page, such as general, social media, messages, phone, payment buttons, and more. On your mobile app, you can only add regular link buttons. To edit and create all types of buttons, access your page using the Desktop editor.

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon and select Button
3. Add a label for the Button label (this is the text that will appear on the Button)
4. Add the URL and hit Done when ready

The Button is now visible on your page.

Select content from existing Boards and add it to your page. You can only select texts, videos, links, YouTube/Vimeo links, and images: 

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, tap the + icon and select Content from my Boards
3. Browse through your Boards. Select the content you want to add to your page, then click Insert when ready

Your content is now visible on your page.

 

Reorder the content on your page
To reorder your content, enter your page and tap the Edit icon. You can reorder your content by dragging and dropping it in the order you want:

Edit content
To edit content, enter your page and tap the Edit icon. You can edit each piece of content by tapping on it and making the changes you want.

How to remove content from a page

1. On the page, tap the Edit icon
2. In the content tab, select the piece of content you want to delete and tap the bin icon on the right
3. Confirm your action

The content is no longer available on your page.
