Now, in Boards, you can give your friends and colleagues the permission to edit your Boards, wherever they are! Work together remotely to give your content a collaborative boost!
How to add a co-editor to your Board:
- Adding new members via email address
- Open the Boards app, enter your Board and tap on the +👤Add members button
- In the co-editors section, tap the +👤icon to add new co-editors
- Enter the email address. You can add more than one co-editor at the same time.
- Tap Add co-editors
- You will receive a confirmation message 👌🏼
See Who Can Edit Your Board:
- Open the Boards app, enter your Board and tap on the +👤Add members button
- In the co-editors section, tap the co-editors profile icon
- To remove a co-editor, tap on the 3 dots next to each email and select Remove
Boards editors are able to:
- Edit and create content
- Move, delete, and reorder existing content
- Add members with View and View and Share permissions (can't add someone as an editor)
- Only view the members they have invited
- Send Messages to Board members
