Co-editing (Android)

Let any member of your team edit your Board and help you improve the content.

Now, in Boards, you can give your friends and colleagues permission to edit your Boards, wherever they are! Work together remotely to give your content a collaborative boost!

Boards editors can: 

• Edit and create content
• Move, delete, and reorder existing content
• Add other members
• Send Messages to Board members

How to add a co-editor to your Board:

• Adding new members via email address 

1. Open the Boards app, enter your Board and tap on the +👤Add members button
2. In the co-editors section, tap the +👤icon to add new co-editors
3. Enter the email address. You can add more than one co-editor at the same time.
4. Tap Add co-editors
5. You will receive a confirmation message 👌🏼

Your co-editors will appear at the top of the screen. To view them, tap on the initials:

View the Board members (who are not co-editors) and their usage permissions.

1. Open the Boards app, enter your Boar, tap on the +👤Add members button and tap the 3 dots
2. Select "View Members"
3. On the right side of the selected member, click on the three dots: You will see two options, 'Can View Only' and 'Can View and Share.' You can change between them.

Can View Only: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Only co-editors have this permission.

Can View and Share: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Only co-editors have this permission. Additionally, they can add other members to the Board via email.

1. Can I create a board together with other teammates?

2. Can I remove a member from my list?

3. Can I prevent team members from sharing my board?

4. Will my team members be able to edit a shared board's content?
