In Boards, you can invite friends and colleagues to your team and share your boards, wherever they are! Work together remotely to give your content a collaborative boost!
A board can be shared on different levels, you can change the access rights of each user or allow users to co-edit your board.
There are two ways to share a board:
- Board sharing via email
- Open the Boards app, enter your board and tap on the share icon +👤
- Tap add via email
- Add the email address and then tap next
- Tap send when you're done
- Get a confirmation message 👌🏼
- Board sharing via an invite link
- Open the Boards app, enter your board and tap on the share icon +👤
- Tap on share invite link
- You are ready to share! Whatever your team’s size, everyone can access your board through your link.
To see who has access to your board:
- Open the Boards app, enter your board and tap on the share icon +👤
- Tap the 3 dots
- Tap View Members
- Tap on the email if you want to see the access rights of each user
- You can then change the access rights of each user

1. Can I create a board together with other teammates?

4. Will my team members be able to edit a shared board's content?
