Setting Up Access Rights
Whenever you share a board as a board owner via the share option, you can specify access rights by choosing Can Edit, Can View & Share, or Can View Only.
How to Change Member's Permissions / Remove Members
- Open the Boards app, enter your board and tap on the share icon +👤
- Tap the 3 dots
- Tap View Members
- Tap on the email you want to change permissions
- Change permission or remove from the board
- Get a confirmation message 👌🏼
Also, board owners have the following controls over their boards - (1) Restrict boards members from copying content to other boards, (2) Restrict board members from sharing folders as links.

- Toggle the member restrictions you want to enable. You can choose to restrict copying content to other boards, sharing folders as links, or both.
