1. By Email: Select the Add Members icon, enter the email address(s) you’d like to share your Board with (you can paste up to 450 emails at once), and click Send. Important: They will need to open the email and install the Boards app and create an account.
2. By Link: Select the Add Members icon, enable "Anyone with the link can join the Board", and then click Copy Link to share.

How to see who joined your Board?
Click Add Members / Members on the top right of the box.
Members permissions:
You can select the permission to each member of your Board:
Can Edit: Members can edit content and send messages to other Board members, but this is not enabled by default. You need to manually adjust the settings to grant a member permission to be a co-editor."
Can View Only: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. They can also send content using the keyboard or Chrome Extension. This is the default setting when adding members via link.
Can View and Share: Members with this permission can access all the content on your Board and its future updates, but they cannot modify the content. Additionally, they can add other members to the Board via email. They can also send content using the keyboard or Chrome Extension. This is the default setting when adding members via Invite email.
How to remove a member?
- Click Add Members / Members on the top right of the box.
- Find the email, click on it.
- Click the trash bin.
How to export the members list?
- Click Add Members / Members on the top right of the box.
- Click "Export List".
- Go to your "downloads" tab and find the CSV file.
