Create personal links in your board by adding unique values to your URLs.
A Personal Link is a custom URL that you set up with unique values.
Example
Default URL: https://www.website.com
Personal link: https://www.website.com/{unique_value}
How to set up personal links
1. Enter your board
2. Create a new link key
3. Introduce your URL and name your placeholder {between curly brackets}, then confirm.
4. Tap the Set Up Personal Links button or select Personal Links in the three dots menu ⋮
5. Fill in the placeholder field with your unique value, then confirm.
All the URLs containing your placeholder gets automatically populated with the unique value you set up.
6. Now you can share your personal links online
Personal Links for Teams
Anyone can set up their own personal links when joining a shared board.
If you have just joined a shared board that contains personal links, follow these steps to set them up:
1. Enter the shared board
2. Tap the Set Up Personal Links button or select Personal Links in the three dots menu ⋮
3. Introduce your unique values in the placeholder fields (contact your team leader/company to get your unique values if you don’t have them yet), then confirm.
4. You have set up your personal links.
5. Now you can share them online.
