There might be a mismatch between the email address that you subscribed with in the landing page and the email address that you created your account in the app.
Please check in the Boards app if you created an account with the correct email address: open the app and tap only once on the logout link.
Then, check the email address on the screen. If this one is correct, it means that the mistake was on the subscription to the landing page, and you need to subscribe again.
If the mistake is on the registration email address in the app, you have to log out completely and create a new account with the correct email address.
