Boards offers the Business plan through three different platforms:
📱 App Store – If you subscribed through your Apple App Store.
📱 Play Store – If you subscribed through your Google Play Store.
💻 Paddle – If you subscribed via desktop.
🔹 Plan Options: You can choose between a monthly or annual Business subscription.
🔹Billing Cycle & Renewal: Once you subscribe, your billing cycle starts, and you receive an expiration date. The renewal is automatic unless you cancel it.
🔹 Where to Find Subscription Info: Check your confirmation email from the platform you subscribed through or go to your subscriptions/payments section in the App Store, Play Store, or Paddle.
Important Information:
1️⃣ Email Matters! When subscribing, make sure you are logged into the correct email in Boards.
2️⃣ Canceling Your Subscription: You can cancel any time, but this means you are canceling the auto-renewal, not the current subscription.
✅ Example: If you chose the annual plan and your expiration date is March 12, 2026, canceling before the expiration date will prevent renewal, but your Business plan remains active until March 12, 2026.
3️⃣ Switching Devices? No Problem! Your subscription is linked to your login, not your device. If you switch devices, simply download Boards, select "Already have an account?", and log in. Do not sign up for a new account, or your subscription won’t appear because it’s already connected to another email.
4️⃣ Deleting Your Boards Account? 🛑Be Careful! If you delete your Boards account, all data is permanently lost and cannot be recovered. However, your subscription remains active. You must cancel the subscription in the correct platform to avoid future charges.
5️⃣ If you are switching from an iPhone to an Android or from an Android to an iPhone, we recommend canceling the auto-renewal of your subscription. This will help you avoid issues when your account renews, as subscriptions cannot transfer between the App Store and Play Store. Once your billing cycle expires, you will be able to re-subscribe with your new device platform.
