As a Board creator, you have control over how your content is shared and used. You can:
1️⃣ Prevent Content Copying – Restrict your Board members from copying content to their own Boards.
2️⃣ Prevent Board or Folder Sharing – Restrict your Board members from sharing your Board or specific folders as links.
These settings are available on the phone and help you protect your content and maintain control over how it's distributed.
🔍 Understanding the Member’s View
1️⃣ Copy Restrictions Enabled
When copying is allowed, members can select content and will see the "Copy" option below. (first screen).
When copying is restricted, the "Copy" option will not appear, preventing members from duplicating content to their own Boards. (second screen).
2️⃣ Folder Restrictions Enabled
When sharing is allowed, members will see the Share icon at the top of the screen, allowing them to generate a link to share the Board or folder. (first screen)
When sharing is restricted, the Share icon will not appear, preventing members from sharing the content via links. (second screen)
