Add and Share Voice Recordings

Record and share a voice message in Boards—quick and easy:

Note: You can only add voice recordings from your phone.

1. Record Your Message
   • Open your Board, tap , then select Voice recording.
   • Tap the microphone, record your message, and hit “Stop” when you’re done.
   • Give your message a title and tap “Done” to save it.
2. Share Your Recording
   • Open your keyboard, select the voice recording, and tap to send.
   • Then, tap “Open share menu,” choose your preferred channel, and tap “Send.”
   • Your recording will be shared as an audio file!

Pro Tip: You can also share directly from the app. Select the message, tap the share icon, and choose how to send it.
