- Create
a new
Web page with a
Form or open an existing one. Tap
to edit.
- Edit the existing
Form or add a new one.
- Select your desired fields, then tap “Next.”
- Enter your Gmail address and tap “Connect Google Sheets.”
- Note: A Gmail account is required.
- Confirm the connection and save. Allow permissions in your Google Account if prompted (one-time setup).
- Reopen the form, and you’ll see the Google Sheet link. Tap to access it.
- The linked Google Sheet will appear in your Google Drive with the same title as the web page and form.
