Invite Members vs Share a Board

Invite members to join your Board and share content effectively:

Inviting Members

1. Tap “Add members” – avoid using the “Share” icon for this.
2. Inside the menu, tap “Share invite link” and choose a channel to send the invite.
3. The recipient will see your Invitation Page, where they can join by adding their email.

Sharing Your Board as a Link

• If you use the “Share” icon, the recipient will receive a link to your Board.
• They’ll see the option “Open in app” and have two choices:
  1. Join as a Member: They’ll receive live updates and new content.
  2. Save Content: They can select specific content and save it as-is without updates.

How the Options Work

• If they choose “Join Board,” the Invitation Page will guide them through joining.
• If they choose “Select,” they can save content to a new Board or an existing Board/folder.
